Offering a flexible, grounded therapeutic space, shaped around what you need.
Offering a flexible, grounded therapeutic space, shaped around what you need.

Counselling offers a confidential space to talk with a trained professional about experiences from your past or present that may be affecting you. My role is to help you explore what’s happening and support you in shifting patterns or ways of being that no longer feel helpful.
Everyone’s process is different, so the number of sessions varies. I offer open‑ended counselling, allowing the work to unfold at a pace that feels right for you.
I support adults and young people (11–18) with a wide range of concerns, including:
You don’t need to be facing a crisis to benefit from counselling. Many clients attend therapy because they feel dissatisfied with aspects of their life and want support in developing strategies for living more fully and effectively.

I work with clients on a weekly basis, as consistent sessions support therapeutic progress by maintaining continuity, building rapport, and creating a predictable, safe space for clients. The duration of therapy is entirely your choice, and we can continue for as long as it feels supportive and useful to you.
There is no one type of person that benefits from counselling and I welcome the opportunity to work with you regardless of your culture, religion, gender, age or sexual orientation.
I offer therapy face‑to‑face, online, by telephone, and through outdoor reflective walks, so you can choose the format that feels most comfortable and accessible for you. Some people prefer being in the room, others find online or phone sessions easier to integrate into daily life, and some value the spaciousness of working outdoors. We can also combine different formats if that best supports your needs.
This is entirely up to you and something we’ll review together as we go. I do recommend an initial commitment of six sessions, as this gives us time to build rapport, help you feel comfortable in the room, and begin meaningful therapeutic work.
Payment can be made via bank transfer. For the first session only, I ask that payment is made at the point of booking. After that, I request payment at least 24 hours before your scheduled session.
I am an approved Counsellor with Vitality Health, meaning clients with Vitality cover may be able to use their insurance for sessions.
I can be found a 25 minute walk from Epsom town centre, alternatively the E10 bus route operates every 30 minutes from outside Epsom station and the Granton Court stop is a 3 minute walk to my practice. The bus timetable can be found here - https://www.metrobus.co.uk/services/MB/E10?date=2022-10-15&direction=inbound
Alternatively you can park for free on the road on Glanville Way.
In the first session we'll discuss the terms of our sessions so that we can ensure we work together ethically and safely. The first session is also an opportunity for you to help me understand why you have chosen to attend therapy.
Click the 'Contact Me' button below, and send me a message. We can then arrange a time to speak on the phone for 15-20 minutes so that you can understand more about me and how I work, and so that I can carry out a short assessment with you, to ensure I am the right therapist for you.
I hold a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling, certificates in Counselling Studies and Counselling Skills, and a Level 5 qualification in Counselling Children and Young People. I am committed to ongoing professional development to ensure the support I offer is up-to-date and effective.
