Counselling for Adults and Young People in Epsom, Surrey and Online

I'm an integrative counsellor based in Epsom KT19, offering counselling for people across Surrey.
I bring several years of counselling experience alongside over 20 years in HR, including senior roles, which gave me a grounding in the real world challenges people face. I'm a registered member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy), meaning I work to their ethical standards and am part of their professional register. Alongside my client work, I am also a tutor with the London School of Counselling, supporting trainee counsellors in developing their therapeutic skills and confidence.
I offer counselling for adults and teenagers, in person, online, or as walk and talk counselling. I work with a variety of concerns and value authenticity, openness and creating a space where you can be yourself.
I welcome diversity in all its forms, and offer a neurodivergent‑affirming space for clients with ADHD, autism or other forms of neurodivergence. My own neurodivergence gives me a lived understanding of how different minds process the world, and I bring that into how I work, adapting therapy sessions to suit different needs. Whether you're newly diagnosed, self identifying or have known for years, you're welcome here exactly as you are.

Everyone’s story is unique, and I offer a space to explore what’s happening for you and what you’d like to change.
I work with adults and teenagers experiencing a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, people‑pleasing, low self‑esteem, stress, burnout, identity questions, family or school pressures, and life transitions.
I also specialise in supporting autistic, ADHD and other neurodivergent clients, offering an affirming, flexible approach that adapts to each person I work with.

I have a three‑year‑old rescue tabby cat called Luna. She’s very friendly and loves people, and tends to be present in the counselling room. Animals can bring a gentle sense of calm into therapeutic spaces, and many clients find that Luna’s quiet, reassuring temperament helps them feel more at ease and to settle into sessions.

My practice is located in my home in Noble Park, Epsom, Surry set within the historic grounds of the old West Park Hospital. I enjoy a serene environment surrounded by beautiful greenery, with Epsom Common and Horton Country Park just a 5-minute walk away. Both locations are ideal for taking a moment for yourself before or after counselling sessions, offering a tranquil backdrop for reflection that complements my integrative therapy approach.

I hold a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling, certificates in Counselling Studies and Counselling Skills, and a Level 5 qualification in Counselling Children and Young People. I am committed to ongoing professional development to ensure the support I offer is up-to-date and effective. I am also a CPCAB‑approved counselling tutor (Level 2).
