Counselling is a process where you speak with a trained professional about things from your past that may be affecting your present, as well as challenges or stressful situations you may be experiencing now. My aim is to help you explore these issues and liberate yourself from old patterns, scripts, or ways of being that may be holding you back. I support adults and young people (13–18) with a wide range of concerns, including:
You don’t need to be facing a crisis to benefit from counselling. Many clients attend therapy because they feel dissatisfied with aspects of their life and want support in developing strategies for living more fully and effectively.
I hold a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling, certificates in Counselling Studies and Counselling Skills, and a Level 5 qualification in Counselling Children and Young People. I am committed to ongoing professional development to ensure the support I offer is up-to-date and effective.
